Waited over two hours and rang 4 times to be told it was leaving and on the last order it was re-cooked which it wasn’t. I was missing items like gravy , chips and other things and quite frankly I have used these for years and the last 4 times I have ordered it’s has been a joke and I live round the corner and takes two hours to deliver. I will now never be using them again. £54 order today as I had people and kids over and it was wrong I should get a full refused jokes honestly

Late with the food 1.45 hours the first time they delivered the food which was stone cold ???? I gave it back to the driver and called the shop. Second time for delivery was 35 minutes and it had been warmed up. ( the order was a cheese burger meal and chicken popper's, so nothing special) After being a customer for many years I would never buy from here again. Unexpectable service and food fit for the bin, which is where mine went. You need a vist from trading standard, a lot of improvements needed

Took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Another 10 minutes for the food to be made even though I arrived at collection time. The seekh kebab was awful store bought quality.
